Driver Requirements

All drivers must possess a valid driver’s license and be at least 21 years old. International visitors may be required to present a passport or secondary form of identification before vehicle release.

Booking & Payments

Reservations are confirmed only after payment has been received. Prices are listed in USD and may be subject to additional fees depending on delivery location, late returns, damages, or optional services requested.

Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit may be required before vehicle pickup. The deposit will be returned after the vehicle is inspected and confirmed to be in the same condition as delivered.

A mandatory check-out inspection is required at the end of the rental period. The renter must record and submit a clear video of the vehicle’s interior and exterior via WhatsApp before the security deposit can be released. This ensures accurate verification of the vehicle’s condition at return.

Vehicle Use

The renter agrees:

• Not to use the vehicle for illegal activities
• Not to allow unauthorized drivers to operate the vehicle
• Not to drive under the influence of drugs or alcohol
• Not to use the vehicle for racing, towing, or off-road driving

The renter is fully responsible for any fines, tickets, tolls, or violations incurred during the rental period.

Fuel Policy

All vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as provided at pickup. Any discrepancy in fuel level will be charged to the renter at the applicable refueling rate and may be deducted from the security deposit.

Vehicle Condition

All vehicles are inspected before and after each rental. Renters are encouraged to inspect the vehicle upon pickup and report any existing damage immediately.

Any new damage occurring during the rental period may result in repair charges deducted from the security deposit or billed separately.

Accidents & Emergencies

In the event of an accident, theft, or breakdown, the renter must contact us immediately. A police report may be required for insurance and claim purposes.

Late Returns

Vehicles returned later than the agreed return time may be subject to additional hourly or daily charges unless prior approval has been granted.

Smoking & Cleaning

Smoking inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited. Excessive dirt, stains, odors, or cleaning requirements may result in additional cleaning fees.

Cancellations

Cancellation policies may vary depending on the reservation. Refund eligibility is determined based on cancellation timing and booking conditions.

Liability

By renting a vehicle, the renter accepts responsibility for the vehicle during the rental period and agrees to comply with all local traffic laws and regulations within Sint Maarten.

Agreement Acceptance

By completing a reservation through our website, the renter confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions outlined in this Vehicle Rental Policy.
